FIGHTING FOR YOUR RIGHTS!

I have decided to give myself a challenge - one of fighting for your rights.

Being discriminated against? Being harassed by the Television Licensing Agency? Being harassed by someone else? Want something to be fixed by the council or/and your landlord/landlady?

Well in a style similar to the Manchester Evening News's "Get It Sorted" campaign, if you send me an issue that needs dealing with, and I think it's serious enough and have enough time available, I will try to help you.

Whether it's writing a letter on your behalf or even representing you in court because you don't want to pay for a solicitor, I will try my best to help you (whilst I have very limited formal legal training, I have studied law in my own time and have successfully warded off the Television Licensing Agency (who tried to take me to court) and I have helped to stop a court case (related to a different matter) for another person).

Please note I will probably NOT be able to represent you in court or help you directly if you do NOT live in Greater Manchester (in England, U.K.), but I will still write letters and contact relevant people on your behalf.
